Prince Kweku Akyeampong

Chief Executive Officer




Prince is an investment and retail banker with over 13 years combined investment and retail banking experience.   

Prince started his investment banking career as Investment Advisor’s Representative and Equity Research Analyst with First Link Investment Services in Adabraka, Accra in 2003.

Prince worked with SDC Brokerage Services for almost 2 years from January 2006 to October 2007 before moving to United Bank for Africa as profit center manager. After two years on the position of profit center manager, he was elevated as the Manager of KNUST branch of the bank in December 2009. 

Prince, who is the vision-bearer and co-founder of Prestige Capital Limited, is a member of the Ethics and Regulations Committee of the Ghana Securities Industry Association (GSIA) and a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Finance and Investment Analysts (Ghana). 

Frederick Acheampong

General Manager




Frederick Acheampong is a chartered Investment and Financial Analyst, who has multiple awards to his credit by dint of hard work and a sense of purpose. Fred has over nine years’ experience in financial services, credit and investment. With Fred’s demonstration of high sense of discipline, integrity and strong leadership qualities, he adds an exceptional drive to the Prestige Capital team. Fred is currently the Head of Marketing of Prestige Capital Limited. 

Fred led the Prestige Capital team as the foundation Branch Manager in setting up a new branch at KNUST for two years.

Before joining Prestige Capital Limited in 2014, Fred worked with Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans (SASL) for six years. He rose through the ranks from being a Financial Service officer, a relationship manager and was promoted to the position of the Northern Sector coordinator of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME).

Fred is a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analysts- Ghana (CIFIAG).He has certificates in Ghana Securities Industry and Computerized Accounting; and a Diploma in SMEs Management and Development from Galilee Institute of Management Studies, Israel. He holds MSc. Industrial Finance and Investment from KNUST, Ghana and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Technology from the University for Development Studies, Ghana.


Yvonne Ekutor

Head of Operations




Yvonne has over fifteen years of working experience. Prior to joining Prestige Capital Limited,  Yvonne worked with Electricity Company of Ghana Limited and Barclays Bank limited.

Yvonne brings to Prestige Capital results driven attitude, clients focused perspective and customer service experience.  

Yvonne holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management and Consulting and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Marketing option from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Business School, Kumasi. 

Eugene Grant

Head of Finance




Eugene Grant is a multi-talented and dynamic individual with over seven years of academic and professional practical training in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Treasury and Investment Banking. Eugene possesses top-notch financial and managerial skills and capabilities. He is currently the Head of Finance of Prestige Capital Limited.

Eugene holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Education, Winneba (Kumasi Campus). 

He is a Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM) and a practicing member in good standing, a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Economists (ACCE) and a Fellow of Global Academy of Financial Management (FGAM) all of the Global Academy of Financial Management (GAFM) – USA.   He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analysts, Ghana (CIFIAG)


Eugene is currently a candidate in the final level at Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG).
